Jack's Dedication, Father's Day and 2 Month Check Up

Yesterday, on Father's Day, we had Jack dedicated at the 11:00 service at Cornwall. I was so afraid he was going to cry or fuss the whole time, but he didn't at all! He did awesome! It meant so much to us that so many family and good friends could share with us. Thank you all so much for being there!
After church, my mom and dad came over and my master griller husband fired up the BBQ. We had a fun day just visiting and hanging out with Jack, who was, of course, the center of attention. I am so thankful for such an awesome husband! I always knew he was going to make a great father, and he has been even more wonderful than I could have imagined! He is so in love with our son! Happy Father's Day, Brett! I love you!
Today, we had Jack's 2 month check up (which included 3 shots!). He now weighs 11 lbs 4.5 oz and is 23 1/4 inches long! He cried pretty hard after the shots, but calmed down really quickly. It was probably harder on Brett and me! I'm so proud of him! After his appointment, we took him for a long walk to Boulevard Park, where he tried on sunglasses from his Great Uncle Jack and Auntie Jill. He gets more and more awesome every day!
